Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator performs a full range of administrative support, record keeping, and organizational duties. Assigned tasks are diverse in nature requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of Bank's policies and practices. This position facilitates considerable coordination and follow-through; maintains relationships with Recruiters while executing superior customer service; sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing work assignment and complying with strict deadlines.

How You'll Spend Your Time
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in Business or Human Resources and 2-3 years' experience including 1 year in Human Resources or previous experience in an equivalent office/HR experience.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will utilize the applicant tracking system to manage job postings and marketing job descriptions
- You will manage high volume candidate communications and information
- You will aid in scheduling interviews; including complex travel arrangements
- You will administer the Employee Referral Program in accordance with approved budget and Corporate policies and procedures
- You will manage the Contingent Workforce process in coordination with Recruiters
- You will process vendor billings and employee expense reimbursement requests timely and in accordance with approved budget and Corporate policies and procedures and research variances
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree in Business or Human Resources and 2-3 years' experience including 1 year in Human Resources or previous experience in an equivalent office/HR experience.
- Knowledge of administrative and human resource activities
- Flexibility in changing priorities to meet department needs
- Excellent office management and organization skills are needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must possess ability to problem solve and take initiative.
- Advanced PC skills including spreadsheets and word processing applications
- Good math skills and basic knowledge of accounting principles
