Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Overview 

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Gotion, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, managing recruitment operations, and maintaining accurate data records. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract top talent and support our company's growth.

Responsibilities

•  Efficiently schedule interviews, phone screens, and meetings with candidates and interviewers.
•  Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage last-minute schedule changes and adapt to unforeseen challenges with flexibility.
•  Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information
• Generate and analyze recruitment reports, providing insights to improve the effectiveness of recruitment process 
• Actively source candidates for numerous openings at a time 
• Screen Candidates 
• Work with hiring managers to schedule interviews 
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews 
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree 
• 1+ years of recruitment and/or coordinating experience 
• Effective communication skills 
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
• Experience Scheduling Interviews
• High-energy and passion
