Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Location: 777 Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102
This role is in-office Monday - Friday.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a service-oriented, highly communicative experience to candidates and hiring managers through the entire recruitment process.
- Perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient recruiting operations, including scheduling interviews, reviewing, and editing job advertisements and/or job descriptions.
- Execute the recruitment process including kickoff meetings with hiring managers, job posting, phone interviewing, initiating regular communication with candidates and managers, issuing offer letters, and administering pre-hire processes.
- Provides ongoing support to the HR Director with various human resources related tasks, projects, and deliverables.
- Ensure communication with business operations and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process including generating new hire announcements, ordering IT equipment, preparing workspaces, and scheduling benefits and new hire orientations.
- Proactively provide consistent updates and communication with the Recruiter, providing feedback about the performance of the recruitment process and updating respective reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with all interviewing and pre-hire process requirements.
- Maintain sensitivity to confidential information.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attends relevant events and builds networks across industries to build strong contacts and talent resources; internal and external.
- Maintain knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as research new regulations and best practices, communicate changes as appropriate.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Skills and Proficiencies:
- Passion for recruiting and people, natural ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers to present high quality candidates consistently.
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications: - Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, UKG).
- Must work independently and as a member of team.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.
