Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Striveworks is growing! We are hiring an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to handle interview scheduling and facilitate an exceptional experience for internal stakeholders and top talent. You will work closely with our Lead Recruiter and People Operations team and cultivate relationships across the company with individual contributors, team leads, and company leadership.
We’re looking for candidates that are excited about growing their recruiting skillset, working with cutting edge technologists, and making an individual impact in a startup environment. Your efforts will help define the overall recruiting function and strategy at Striveworks.
Your day to day will include:
- Interview coordination and scheduling for technical and non-technical positions
- Booking travel for out of town candidates
- Routing candidate applications from job boards, agencies, etc.
- Strategic sourcing during downtime as bandwidth allows

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in recruiting, HR, or project coordination
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable being proactive, working with ambiguity, and adapting to changing circumstances
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Experience using modern web-based tools and platforms (i.e. calendar and booking systems, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.)
We’re very interested in developers who possess the above qualifications, and we heavily appreciate and consider the addition of:
- Recruiting or sourcing experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience working with a technical recruiting team
- Understanding of recruiting platforms, tooling, and trends (i.e. Greenhouse)
- Someone interested working in a hybrid environment in Austin, TX
