Recruitment Coordinator

Introduction:

The Recruiting Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to our North American Talent Acquisition team. This team recruits and supports business units in the United States and Canada and assists with global operations as business needs dictate. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral member of the team, serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and helping us deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers alike. They liaise with recruiters, applicants, and business leaders in different cities, countries, and time zones, making sure everyone is informed and on the same page.

This position requires an individual who has superior organizational and prioritization skills; always understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism; has experience working in fast-paced environments and can consistently deliver in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including video conferences, office visits, phone screens, and debrief meetings.
  • Assist with the candidate on-boarding process and ensure candidates are progressing through the onboarding timeline (offer accept - first week).
  • Manage the purchase order and invoicing process for Talent Acquisition.
  • Participates in and provides analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, benefits and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
  • Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refers to recruiters and other staff as appropriate.
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates.
  • Develop strong relationships with all participants - candidates, recruiters, and business unit managers.
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
  • Perform other recruitment duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years working in an administrative or customer service capacity in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
