Recruiting Coordinator - New York, NY
Salary: $55k-$75k DOE

Job Description:

• Recruiters will be managing and assisting the full life-cycle recruiting process for different business units, supporting the Human Resource Team
• Managing job templates, postings & reviewing applicant resumes
• Handle the applicant tracking system and track/maintain candidates and create a pipeline
• Screening & scheduling candidate interviews.
• Gathering feedback from business leaders to identify next steps.
• Execute offer documents and ensure consistent communication with candidate through on-boarding process
• Assist with training, performance management & record keeping
• Assist with ad hoc HR projects that may include candidate tracking and process documentation
• Identify, address and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in recruiting or HR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, ATS systems
• Experience with payroll software a plus (ADP Workforce)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and excellent time management skills
• Experience in Retail, Finance, Legal, Academia or Non-Profit Industries is a plus
