Recruiting Coordinator - Contract

Dotdash Meredith is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment team and play an integral role in the growth of Dotdash Meredith. You will be responsible for candidate care, recruitment administration and helping our recruitment team source exceptional talent. You are passionate about ensuring our candidates have a welcoming and positive interview experience.
About Your Contributions:

• Own the interview scheduling process for multiple lines of business including engineering, product, performance marketing, commerce and growth
• Collaborate with recruiters to source for candidates who would be a great fit for the Dotdash Meredith team
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience and ensure candidates are moving seamlessly and smoothly through the interview process
• Ad hoc coordination as needed

About You:

• 1-2 years of interview scheduling experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
• A team player; adept at working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible; able to shift tasks and priorities and familiarize yourself with new technology
• Desire to grow within the talent acquisition industry
