About The Role & Team
Amplitude is growing and we're looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to help us continue to provide an exceptional candidate experience and to improve the overall interview process.Â
In this role, you will partner with our recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to schedule interviews and create a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
*This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension. Â
 As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:Â
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and assist with scheduling interviews, sending status updates, managing the onsite and virtual onsite interviews.Â
- Own the coordination process, stay on top of the workload, and keep all the stakeholders informed.Â
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for all candidates.
- Deliver the best possible candidate experience including prompt replies to scheduling requests and going above and beyond to make candidates feel welcome when visiting our office.
- Manage and track candidates’ activities and ensure everything in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) is organized and up-to-date.
- Partner with the HR Operations team to ensure smooth transition and onboarding process by completing the pre-hire tasks including background checks.Â
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments.
- Excellent written/verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members and candidates at all levels with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Incredibly detail-oriented with effective time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
- Current or previous experience scheduling interviews via Greenhouse or other ATS.
