Santa Monica Studio is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our team on track!
Are you highly organized? Can you think on your feet? In this role, you’ll help bring top talent to the best place to work and play by providing a seamless candidate experience.Â
*Please note, this contract role is intended to be 12+ months in length, with possibility of extension.*
Responsibilities- Partner with recruiters to create a positive hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Schedule high volume of screens and complex face-to-face panel interviews using Greenhouse, Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Teams
- Work with recruiters to close offer processes
- Post and manage open positions in Workday, Greenhouse, and the SMS careers site
- Update and monitor Greenhouse to ensure jobs are set up correctly and that candidate progression is being tracked properly to maintain data integrity
- Proactively identify and collaborate to implement process improvements
- Answer general recruiting questions for candidates and new hires
- Strong oral and written communication skills; able to communicate professionally across all teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented and quick to adapt to changing demands
- Ability to follow through and follow up; know when to independently problem solve and when to ask questions
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System – familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
- 1+Â years in a recruiting/staffing/HR coordinator or related role preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Knowledgeable about the video game industry

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Â
