Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcing Specialist (HYBRID)

We are seeking an equally passionate Recruiting Coordinator to help attract, interview, hire and onboard the best possible talent to our growing organization. Top candidates will have experience working in a corporate recruiting or staffing agency, be team oriented, intrinsically motivated, and driven to positively impact the candidate experience at every opportunity.

This role is HYBRID with 1-2 days per week in office at our HQ in New Orleans/St Rose, LA. 

Essential Job Functions 

• Actively participate in all staffing related activities, including but not limited to executing proactive recruitment strategies, assisting in the communication with third parties, and conducting interviews
• Responsible for organizing and attending off-site recruitment activities and building internal and external relationships
• Engages in cross functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activities
• Assists with building and maintaining a candidate database (CRM), including the execution, tracking and optimization of email marketing campaigns
• Partners with the Marketing team to create marketing copy and collateral for various recruitment initiatives
• Monitors publicly facing company career pages, such as Glassdoor, to address any potential reputational concerns
• Other HR related duties as assigned

Education/Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/related field or 2+ years of relevant experience 
• 1+ years in a similar role providing support to high-volume recruitment preferred 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and team based project experience 
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle processes 
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems 
• Data Analytics and/or Creative Marketing experience a plus
