The Role 

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting our technology recruitment efforts. A successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter who is passionate about working with people. As well as taking pride in the delivery of your work, you will able to demonstrate close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You should enjoy interacting with people and collaborating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will create strong relationships, be able to communicate effectively and work well with others. The recruiting coordinator will work to develop a big picture understanding of our business, brand & values and act as a champion of our tagline “Talent is our Strategy.”                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

What you’ll do 

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have exposure to the various teams across the business and will be one of the first points of call for recruitment topics. You will take an active role in:

  • Managing scheduling for interviews and meetings for candidates, recruiters and stakeholders across the technology division, providing an excellent experience to everyone you interact with on a daily basis
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS
  • Building relationships with hiring managers, administrative teams, and interviewers across the technology department to facilitate strong internal communication
  • Working closely with our recruiting team to improve upon existing processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Helping drive our recruitment initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects
  • Collaborating with agencies and external stakeholders on hiring processes and vetting candidates

What you’ll bring

What you need:

  • Previous recruiting coordinator experience a plus providing high levels of customer service
  • Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Office application packages, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptionally organized
  • Strong multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High sense of urgency and proactive decision maker; Demonstrates good judgement
  • Easily builds rapport and an excellent team player; puts success of the team above their own
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot in the moment as changes occur

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is a multi-manager platform that invests its capital with Internal and Partner portfolio managers, primarily on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis, across four trading strategies; quantitative, fundamental equity, tactical trading and discretionary macro & fixed income. We have created a unique structure to provide global portfolio managers with autonomy, flexibility and support to best enable them to maximize the value of their businesses.

Over the last 30 years, Schonfeld has successfully capitalized on inefficiencies and opportunities within the markets. We have developed and invested heavily in proprietary technology, infrastructure and risk analytics and continue to capitalize on new opportunities. In 2021 we launched our newest strategy, discretionary macro & fixed income as part of the continual growth of Schonfeld’s investible universe. Our portfolio exposure has expanded across the Americas, Europe and Asia as well as multiple asset classes and products.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $70,000 and $95,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
