Recruiting Coordinator, W2 Contract

***This is a 6-8 month W2 Contract position that will work 100% remote from your home office***

We are searching for dynamic highly organized Recruiting Coordinators to support our Recruiting Team creating a top-tier experience for candidates and our clients. This is a highly collaborative role and you will play a key part in driving the recruiting process candidate experience and impactful operational projects daily having a direct impact on the organization's growth.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Recruiting team with candidate interview scheduling
• Able to effectively schedule multiple interviews weekly
• Schedule and communicate interview details with candidates.
• Communicate any interview scheduling conflicts or changes to the Recruiting team
• Enter and track candidate information in the recruiting database ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
• Conduct background and reference checks for finalist candidates
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent tasks and requests in an environment with constantly changing priorities
• Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and similar computer applications
