Recruiting Coordinator (WFH position)
Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing all administrative and clerical support for the department with an emphasis on recruitment and retention; inputting and maintaining accurate recruitment and hiring processes; addressing applicant and candidate questions and concerns; establishing and maintaining solid working relationships with managers, directors, and other key members to assist with recruiting and retention needs.
- Maintains highest level of confidentiality and privacy for all employee and company information.
- Posts open positions to internal and external sites i.e. job boards, social networking, college campus career services, etc.
- Oversees applicant tracking system (Workable) i.e. source, evaluate, and review potential candidates.
- Coordinates complex interview scheduling.
- Coordinate background checks for all current and new employees.
- Coordinate and attend local job fairs and hiring events as needed.
- Coordinate new hire and open enrollment benefit sessions.
- Help maintain requisition and other ad hoc reporting on various recruiting stats.
- Maintain employee documents and files.
- Provide assistance with new hire orientation as needed Provides general administrative support as needed.
- Provides assistance with training initiatives as needed.
- Provides additional front desk support as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Other skills:
- College Degree (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in an office/business environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR related role, recruiting experience is a plus.
- Ability to multi task effectively, be flexible and operate with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and well developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) (ADP & Workable)
- Attention to detail.
