Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer

Contextual AI Platform is entering its next phase of growth, and we are hiring a Founding Recruiting Member to join as a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer to help us scale! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to source candidates through various channels and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing:
• Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit and interest.
• Recruitment Coordination:
• Schedule interviews and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and update them on the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Facilitate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing.
• Skills:
• Strong time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.

Bonus points

• You are passionate about learning and staying closer to AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• You’re familiar with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
• You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in being detail-oriented.
• You have experience in sourcing candidates, especially using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a startup, and have a growth mindset with a "get things done" mentality.

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $90,000 - $110,000 + equity + benefits (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
