As the Recruiting & HR Coordinator at Sora Union, you’ll play an integral role in our growth strategy. Since we’re a small team, your responsibilities will run the full range of Recruiting and HR coordination.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating for recruitment of roles across the organization
- Scheduling interviews and following up on feedback to ensure process keeps moving
- Coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews, phone screens, panels, video interviews, reference calls, etc across timezones
- Delivering clear and frequent communication between hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
- Preparing candidates for the interview process, answering questions, and confirming availability and type of interview
- Identifying ways to streamline and add efficiency to the recruiting and hiring process
- Analyzing data from the ATS to help inform hiring and recruiting decisions
- Posting and updating job descriptions on job boards and on our website
- Professionally representing Sora Union, and providing candidates with both a clear understanding of our work and philosophy, and a great end-to-end interview experience
- Assist the people team in HR items, such as contract drafting and onboarding new candidates and other people related processes
Ideally, you’ll have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination and sourcing
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, (ie Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter), and a variety of sourcing tools and job boards
- Experience with high-volume recruiting across teams and across timezones
- Experience working as part of a distributed team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving, attention to detail, and time management skills
The Recruiting & HR Coordinator is a full-time position reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers. The role is a full-time, initially 6-month contract position, and we intend to convert it to a full-time employment relationship. This role is a distributed position and can be based in any location.
