Job Description

The Cigna Group, is searching for a Recruiting Lead Analyst to support Call Center, Operations, and Claims business groups in hiring high volume positions for Health Insurance, Pharmacy, and Medicare. The Recruiting Lead Analyst will carry a high requisition load and be responsible for multiple markets. The Recruiting Lead Analyst consults with business leaders to deeply understand the talent needs and demands within the department and how it connects with the overall organization's strategy. The Recruiting Lead Analyst is responsible for attracting, engaging and screening candidates for job and organizational fit. The selected candidate will provide consultative support to the business around recruiting tactics and market conditions to produce diverse and inclusive slates of candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with hiring leaders and HR leaders on talent needs and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business.
  • Source, screen, evaluate and qualify applicants, including conducting in-depth candidate screens to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
  • Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Present ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to the HR Business Partner, Controller and Business leaders.
  • Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.
  • Network, source and build a talent pipeline to assess and ultimately attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Cigna.
  • Be the primary negotiator and closer with selected candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience required.
  • Minimum of 2+ year's direct, relevant and recent experience in Class/High Volume recruiting.
  • Health Care recruiting experience preferred.
  • Track record of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables.
  • Superb organizational and follow-up skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work for multiple team members while maintaining the highest quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on compensation packages required.
  • Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently.
  • Experience with Workday ATS and Phenom CRM preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and database systems required.
