Recruiting Lead or Manager

As a Recruiting Manager, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for recruiting passive and active candidates for key and hard-to-recruit roles, working with the recruiting team to create sourcing strategies, partnering directly with hiring managers to execute recruiting priorities, and partnering with the broader HR team to support the company's overall talent objectives.
Critical to this role is the ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders, drive a proactive approach to talent acquisition in key areas of our business, and ensure a diverse pipeline of talent for hiring opportunities. This position will utilize your experience in leadership and recruiting to partner with a professional recruitment team to drive results.
Understanding the marketplace through benchmarking and networking, you will analyze both recruitment and business trends to provide expert solutions to finding top talent. Your insight will allow you to make recommendations on staffing processes, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding top talents.
Recruitment Manager support business units which may include but not limited to: Technology, Accounting and Finance, Operations, Marketing & Sales and Legal.
Essential Functions:
- Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the recruiting team to support the company's hiring needs
- Function as a recruiting subject matter expert, recruiting for key positions and providing training to Jr. recruiters on the team
- Consult with the business to ensure real-time communication on recruiting initiatives and issues
- Assist the Director of Talent to monitor recruitment metrics to measure results and hold herself/himself accountable for metrics for the positions assigned as well
- Communicate recruitment process and practices to internal clients
- Drive and support corporate initiatives for Recruiting & Human Resources (projects)
- Build relationships and act as a resource for recruiting questions and activities
- Analyze team performance to identify trends (i.e., survey results, results of strategies, etc.)
- Serve as the department leader in the absence of the Director of Talent Acquisition
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruitment leadership experience within a high-growth organization
- Experience sourcing active and passive candidates
- Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter REQUIRED. Experience of using Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Dice are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred
- Agency Recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing successful and creative recruitment strategies.
- Working knowledge of ATS systems required- ADP exp preferred (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Hirebridge, iCIMS, etc.)
- Knowledge of compliance related to nondiscrimination/affirmative action laws and regulations
- Held high standard of integrity and honesty
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders and desire for strong customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication. Highly articulate, able to deliver presentations with conviction and passion
- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position
- Willingness to be hands-on throughout daily activities
- Able to adapt to very fast-paced environment and able to prioritize and multitasking. Get tasks done with minimum supervision and get them done correctly
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships and influence
- Self-disciplined, taking pride in managing self to deliver agreed objectives
- A confident and inquisitive communicator who actively listens and questions.
Able to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment - Strong influence and team building skills
