About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our growing People team. As a Recruiting Manager at Coro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by leading our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. With a primary focus on channel sales positions, you will leverage your expertise in recruiting and talent acquisition to attract, evaluate, and onboard top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for channel sales and related roles.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans that align with organizational goals.
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates across diverse channels, including LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Manage recruitment operations, including candidate tracking, pipeline management, and reporting, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Experience Enhancement:
- Prioritize and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage and inform candidates effectively, building strong relationships and promoting our employer brand.
Diversity and Quality in Candidate Assessment:
- Demonstrate expertise in identifying and assessing a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values.
- Implement effective evaluation techniques to select the most suitable candidates for channel sales positions, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify areas for process enhancement and optimization, continuously improving recruitment strategies and practices.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance recruitment marketing and branding initiatives, increasing visibility and attracting top talent.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on channel sales positions at a SaaS company.
- Experience in LinkedIn sourcing and familiarity with ATS platforms; experience with Comeet is advantageous.
- Strong social media and branding recruitment knowledge.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment technology and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inform candidates effectively.
- Passion for recruiting and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
