Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a talent acquisition team for the Product organization and focus on leading a team of  recruiters. The role will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition (Tech) and you will manage a team of high performing and innovative recruiters. As PayPal continues to grow and scale you will be integral in helping the team structure and evolve our recruiting / sourcing strategies and processes to achieve the product talent priorities while ensuring an exceptional experience for our candidates, clients, colleagues and cross-functional partners. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact
• Champion the PayPal culture & values and foster a culture of belonging to help the team dream big, have fun and get the work done 
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process
• Coach and guide hiring manager on Talent Acquisition related policies, processes and interview skills
• Ensure all coordination activity is consistent and compliant with Global/Regional PayPal policies as appropriate and all agreed activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner eg: ATS updates, job postings, compliance, interview scheduling, assessments, reporting and any other activities relating to the hiring process
• Monitor and ensure 100% compliance of hiring process activities
• Lead with an agile mindset, focused on problem solving through creative solutions, and thrive in an environment where growth and change are the only constants
• Build and deliver against a workforce / headcount plan for the product organization, managing all stakeholders including the business, HR, WFP, HR Operations and TA programs
• Partner with regional and global recruiting partners to ensure overall alignment in recruiting strategy, branding, and approach
• Champion the data driven recruiting mindset, using data and analytics to tell stories and drive talent & business outcomes.
• Be educated and knowledgeable in recruiting trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolving our tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications

• 10 + years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting in a corporate/in house capacity
• 4+ years of management leading a recruiting function

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working with senior leaders to determine organizational needs
• Experience with project management and senior-level facilitation
• Proven track in leading a product recruiting team in a fast-paced environment, ideally technology.
• Inspirational leader who encourages team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
• Proven track record of compassionate management or strong coaching skills
• Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive data
• Ability to coach your business areas on latest Talent Acquisition thinking and best practices 
• Experience driving enterprise-wide strategies within a recruiting organization
• Experience with the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics
