The Opportunity
The Recruiting Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting DAT by developing and implementing process improvements across all elements of the talent acquisition function. You’ll work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders across the organization to identify areas of opportunity related to employer brand, talent selection, and community engagement. You have a keen eye for detail and an incisive mind for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to analyze and improve end-to-end recruiting processes
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best practices and industry trends related to recruiting processes, trainings, and employer brand.
- Collaborate in the design and delivery of effective training programs for recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct efficient and effective hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including managing the company's career website, creating and maintaining social media content, and coordinating employer branding events and activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Communications, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all talent acquisition touchpoints.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in talent acquisition and share insights and recommendations with the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent operations, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in employer branding and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for employer branding purposes.
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $72,500 + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
