📈 Opportunity SizeThe ecommerce experience has been static for 20+ years and is one of the largest opportunities for disruption in the startup space today. Livestream shopping is a $170B GMV market in China and has grown 100% YoY. Retail is a $5T market opportunity!
💻 Role- Manage a team of recruiting coordinators. You will set the pace for and drive your team to successfully juggle scheduling alongside project opportunities.
- Lead management of Recruiting systems, including data integrity, making system changes, troubleshooting and auditing to ensure information accuracy & integrity
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the Recruiting team to create automation, identify risks with current processes, and partner internally to execute changes
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to identify, design, and deliver reports and analytics for insight into job funnel problems, identifying trends, and decision-making
- Support the recruiting team’s enablement by facilitating trainings, creating and maintaining documentation, and fielding ad hoc questions.
- Develop relationships with the recruiting team to communicate important updates and proactively address issues that may arise in scheduling.
- Iterate on candidate feedback. You'll constantly smooth rough edges in the hiring process by iterating on feedback from candidates or other signals.

- You are a leader and a builder at heart. You bring at least one year of experience leading recruiting coordinators, and you get energy from building foundational processes and principles. You are experienced in giving direct feedback and helping to grow and empower a team. You set strategy, you lean in and get into the weeds and you inspire your team to do their best work.
- You have at least one year of experience in Recruiting Operations in a growing company. You enjoy the challenges of building programs to empower our hiring teams to provide the best possible candidate experience. Huge plus if you’ve been a Recruiting Coordinator in a startup!
- You are exceptionally well organized. You can systematically balance numerous priorities at once. You have an eye towards efficiency and making processes better.
- You balance your time well. You hold yourself accountable and follow through on your work with little supervision.
- You provide an incredible candidate experience. You don't sweat the small stuff but keep the big picture in mind. You know that a job search is a challenging task and we take pride in providing a more human experience for everyone that interacts with Whatnot during the hiring process.
- You have experience with Greenhouse and other Recruiting tools like Gem, CultureAmp, TalentWall, etc. If you’ve not used these tools, you should feel comfortable researching them and pushing buttons to see what happens.
- You are resourceful. You're willing to find the answers to questions but ask for help when needed.
- You are persistently helpful. You are an unstoppably helpful member of our People team, to both the hiring managers and candidates.
