Recruiting Operations Program Manager

FocusKPI is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager/Program Manager (Talent Acquisition Operations) to join the Talent Acquisition Operations team at our client, a high-tech SaaS company. 
You are a Recruiting Operations Program Manager with a background in operations, program management, and change management. Here, you'll lead operational programs across Talent Acquisition Operations to influence the success of their Talent Acquisition goals and priorities.
Work Location: Remote: anywhere in the US, prefers west coast
Duration: 7 months 
Pay Range: $60/hr to $70/hr
Responsibilities:

• Improve the recruiting system with a focus on operational effectiveness, process and system efficiency, tech/tooling, change management, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement operations
• Manage both operational projects and larger strategic programs to enable the Talent Acquisition team to run efficiently
• Drive a variety of operational programs related to hiring transformation initiatives, specifically offers and onboarding, and build programs in partnership with program SMEs
• Partner with the People Technology and People Operations teams to implement their strategic recruiting operations programs
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across Talent Acquisition and People Technology in order to deliver on the TA Operations team's roadmap and programs of work
• Investigate and resolve tickets and issues related to TA offers and onboarding

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People/TA Enablement or Operations3
• Degree: bachelors minimum to have
• Background in operations, enablement, program management, and change management
• Experience in project management working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, and delivering high quality programs and communications to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences
• Operations program manager experience, preferably in recruiting or HR
• Successful track record in leading operational projects and programs, from ideation to completion, showing direct achievement of business strategy or OKRs
• Recruiting experience, and onboarding is a plus
• High levels of resourcefulness, organization, and execution skills (strategy through implementation)
• Experience in the global technology Industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees
• Experience with JIRA, iCIMs ATS, Google Workspace, Slack are a plus
• Self aware- work autonomously
