Job Description

Scale’s Talent Acquisition team is an integral part of the organization’s success. In this role, you will focus on data and reporting and help on all things related to recruiting operations including TA systems and tools, internal compliance and processes, candidate experience and more. You have strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of how data flows between systems. You will work directly with other leaders on Recruiting, People, Finance, and IT and more. 

You will:

  • Handle ad-hoc and recurring data reporting requests
  • Act as a key player in keeping all data clean and up-to-date in our systems, hiring plans, requisitions, JDs, offer details, etc.
  • Collaborate on internal initiatives to build out and improve data infrastructure and reporting
  • Help troubleshoot issues for all recruiting systems (ATS: Greenhouse), and processes, and provide training/onboarding as needed
  • Assist in making changes in the ATS and to the recruiting workflow
  • Be required to come into the SFHQ office twice a week

Ideally you’d have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Recruiting Operations at a rapidly growing company
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, filters, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to pull and manipulate people data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Must have an understanding of Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal, and the ability to adjust based on the audience
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with SQL or JavaScript
  • Experience with various TA tools such as ModernLoop, Headcount365, Gem, and LinkedIn
  • Previous startup experience

The base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, CA is $92,000 - $110,400. Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Scale employees are also granted Stock Options that are awarded upon board of director approval. You’ll also receive benefits including, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO.
