Recruiting Program Specialist
Job Description
About this role:
The Vendor Management function oversees the assessment, evaluation, and centralized management of vendors. We partner with TA to optimize our partner portfolio; by building high quality pipelines, managing Gartner’s economics, and supporting the attainment of Gartner’ growth objectives.
What you’ll do:

Support the centralized managed of vendors across HR function

Build, monitor, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors by acting as a primary contact for communications with suppliersÂ
-
Liaise with vendors, to support tasks such as contract negotiations, renewals, queries about the vendor, monitoring vendor activity, and mitigating roadblocks
-
Responsible for supporting invoice processing through internal procurement system and maintaining records to accurately track spendÂ
-
Help establish impactful metrics and regularly assess vendor performance to support future engagement strategyÂ
-
Lead regular check-in connects with internal stakeholders to ensure utilization, optimize adoption, and execute best practices

Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of processes

Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity across HR vendors

Respond to internal inquiries via ServiceNow, providing a world-class associate experience

Partner with the Employer Brand team to update Gartner’s company profiles across all vendor platforms to drive engagement

Support additional tasks to support utilization and optimization of all vendors; tasks can include but are not limited to; managing licenses, leading training, supporting New Hire Swag processes, etc.Â
Your experience and skills:

1-2 years’ administrative experience in a professional setting ideal

Bachelor’s degree required
-
Proficient Excel and PowerPoint required
-
Business reporting experience
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-
Highly adaptable individual is a necessity
