Recruiting Programs Associate

Job objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. The ideal candidate for the position is someone who has experience building and supporting emerging programs and driving efficient processes for all aspects of the organization. You will work closely with a talented recruiting and people team and run a full desk supporting all facets of our growing organization.

• Develop an extensive understanding of the Epirus brand
• Engage with new hires as they begin their Epirus journey
• Assist in the development of our diversity pipelines
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and assist in scheduling of interviews
• Coordinate the administrative support tasks associated with the recruiting programs process
• Create new ways to engage our pipeline to support retention efforts
• Build relationships with external partners

• 2+ years of recruiting department/program management experience
• Strong history of collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Experience with building for an eye toward diversity and inclusion
• You thrive in a data-driven recruiting process
• Working knowledge of ATS systems and pipeline metrics (Greenhouse preferred)
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities
• Great judgment and a history of working with confidential information
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (future clearance may be required)

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative; capable of working across all levels of the organization
• Comfortable working in agile environment
