The Recruiting Sourcer role is an entry-point for a career in recruiting. While some recruiting or corporate experience can help, they are not required.

About the Recruiting Sourcer Role

The Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for developing pipeline for our highest priority positions. You will be finding, engaging, and help attract top talent to Files.com.

In this role, you will be:

• Sourcing candidates for all positions across the company, both technical and non-technical
• Building projects in LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms (i.e. Angellist.com et. al.) for active searches  
• Manage pipeline of candidates, both immediate and long-term leads
• Supporting our diversity initiatives and helping Files.com attract candidates with diverse backgrounds
