Recruiting Sourcer III - Part-Time Contract

What You'll Do:

 As a Part-Time Recruiting Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our open positions. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in a sourcing role, specifically in the space industry.
  • More specifically sourcing niche technical roles and up to Director level roles. 
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS platforms is a plus.

We are open to remote work in this role. This role will average 20 hours per week on 1099. 

The California annual base salary for this role is currently $50-$60/hr.  Pay Grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.  Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and internal equity.
