Recruiting Specialist

Are you an outgoing, people oriented, lively person who loves to help? Great, we are hiring for teammates just like you for our next Recruiting Specialist. This position requires 1-2 weeks onsite to train and then can be 100% reote or hybrid or full time in office if ou prefer.

WORK hours must be 6:00 am - 3:00 PM as you will be supporting East Coast clients.

What you’ll do as an Recruiting Specialist

• 100% on the phone
• Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)
• Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions ( template provided)
• Making job offers, sending background checks
• Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

What you’ll need to be successful as a Recruiting Specialist

• Able and willing to work 6:00 am - 3:00 pm to support East Coast clients
• Enjoy talking with people
• Bi-lingual (spanish / english) HIGHLY preferred
• Experience with MS Excel skills
• Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365
• Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites
• Passion for People
• Can only hire in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, Texas and New Mexico at this time.
