Recruiting Specialist

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Specialist. As a Recruiting Specialist at IXL, you will work side by side with recruiters and hiring managers within IXL to understand business needs, and to help create and execute creative strategies to identify top talent to work toward our mission of improving learning for all students globally.

The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, a solutions-oriented problem solver who is tuned into details and has top notch communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Manage the top of funnel candidate activity to include reviewing inbound candidate applications and evaluating qualifications to identify the strongest candidates based on defined criteria
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience and culture fit 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
• Perform full cycle recruiting for assigned positions
• Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2 years experience in full cycle recruiting
• Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications
• Experience in conducting qualifying phone screens
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite
• Passionate about education and technology

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $67,000 to $75,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
