RECRUITING/SALES MANAGER

Salary: Full-time, Exempt
Annual: $65,000 - $250,000
SUMMARY
Caribou Thunder is seeking an experienced and professional Recruiting/Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership to technical recruiters and support staff to source, recruit, interview, select, hire, and place candidates to meet our customer needs in the National Security sector. You are a leader obsessed with making connections, excited by the hunt to find enthusiastic and gritty engineers, energized by the opportunity to work alongside gold-standard teams that maintain, sustain, or are on the leading edge of technology with advanced clearances on National Security, Space, and Deep Space Programs.

QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a process to solicit referrals from internal/past employees, existing talent pool
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of networking events, college recruiting, veteran and other events/activities to attract and hire top-tier talent
- Thorough understanding of job descriptions, locations, sourcing ideas
- Develop a system to track the success and challenges for each team member
- Develop and deliver daily individual and team metrics to the Executive Leadership Team
- Develop and execute a social media recruiting strategy
- Lead the team with demonstrated expertise in conducting phone screens, interviews, engaging and securing short and long-term professional relationships with candidates
- Grow, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting sales team
- Command of full-cycle recruiting, methodologies, federal/state/local employment laws, policies/procedures
- Source and place best-in-class technical engineers
- Build key customer relationships with sub-contract teams, hiring managers, technical leads, and program leads
- Champion of excitement and expertise as the Company ambassador in explaining our history, present, and future offerings of Caribou Thunder
- Clear written and verbal expertise in communication, correspondence, feedback, as well as build brand awareness
- Create, develop, and deliver well-defined recruiting strategies
- Drive daily workflows
- Demonstrate creative sourcing techniques with a proven track record of hiring talent at high velocity for hard-to-fill roles
- Demonstrate ability to engage, lead, direct, redirect, and empower your team
- Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal relationship skills
- Absolute organizational skills, shifting priorities, scheduling, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Skilled professional at writing position descriptions, time-to-market postings, lightning placement
- Lead in fully utilizing all aspects of an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Conducts timely, useful, and constructive feedback on performance evaluations, recruiting strategies, lead strategies, best practices, and problem solving
- Critical thinker, drive Company branding recruiting strategies
- Successful onboarding, offboarding, discipline, terminations
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent
- 5+ Years Leadership/Management Experience
- Ability to obtain Secret/TS Clearances
- ATS Platforms: Rippling, JazzHR,
- Social Media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook
- MS365 Suite: Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
PREFERRED
- Exceeding Sales Quotas
- SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential
