We are looking for an Innovation Specialist to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

! This role lasts initially for six months with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation

Tasks and Responsibilities

ยท Interview Scheduling & coordination of complex interviews for hiring, including assessment centers, offsite interviews, or interviews with candidate travel

ยท Manage the candidate travel process, security registration and other supporting documentation.

ยท Travel Logistics, Accommodation and Candidate reimbursement process depending on each countries guidelines.

ยท Ensure confidential data such as candidate resumes and contact information follow appropriate policies and compliance guidelines.

ยท Monthly requisition audits & other administrative activities as needed such as such as interview accommodation requests, Employee Referral Program (ERP) bonus payouts and requisition audits.

Requirements

ยท 1+ years of relevant experience with HR coordination or recruitment

ยท High-level attention to detail, analyzing information, general reporting skills

ยท Proficiency in use of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred

ยท Comfortable working in a complex and constantly evolving work environment

ยท Fluency in English (spoken & written);

ยท Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
