Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy to build a talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to source, attract, screen, and select the best talent and meet the hiring goals.
  • Manage the recruiting life-cycle ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Engage in creative talent mapping efforts to build our candidate pipeline as well as provide market intelligence to the business.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
  • Stay active with current with multiple recruiting sources, job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, assess, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with the final offer.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Facilitate the offer process with clients.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection follows employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Sciences
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in-house, as a Recruitment Consultant, or Executive Recruiter in the US
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with working and making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and Talent Acquisition systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results
