The Recruitment Consultant is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company. We are a global team of almost 20+  Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK. 

The position reports directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor in Tokyo. This role can be remotely based in Japan. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. 

Scope of Work:

• Relevant Resumes Sourced & Outreach Per Week – 50+
• Maintaining LinkedIn Response Rate – 30%
• Proactive Introductory Calls Per Week - 10
• Phone Screens Per Week – 20
• Pass Rate – 50%
• Offers accepted in Q2 & Q3 – 5

 What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization 
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques 
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications 

 What You Have: 

• 1 to 3 years of full life cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment 
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates 
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
