Job Summary
This position will require that candidates reside in the Greater NEO area as this is a hybrid model and does require onsite work 3-4 days per week.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dedicated team of caregivers. In this role, you will be the first person caregivers meet once they are hired, becoming their point person leading up to their first day. This role is vital to helping our new caregivers feel welcomed and become successful in their new roles. Your duties will include but are not limited to: • Coordinating and participating in recruitment activities. • Communicating with caregivers daily, by phone and in person. • Ensuring new caregiver onboarding is complete by their start date. • Partnering with other Human Resource (HR) caregivers for compliance and regulatory audits, reviews and inspections. • Using applicant tracking tools and other HR related systems daily.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coordinate new Caregiver HR appointments.
- Ensures exceptional customer service expectations are met.
- Responsible for accurate and timely candidate and new Caregiver communications.
- Reviews and appropriately addresses OneHR cases.
- Assists with applicant tracking system activities.
- Performs quality checks and ensures new hire and internal transfer compliance.
- Tracks and reports timely on new Caregiver status as it relates to HR appointment readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance.
- Maintains the I-9 dashboard and communicates non-compliance appropriately.
- Ensures new Caregiver onboarding is complete by their start date.
- Responsible for achieving individual goals and metrics and also assists in meeting departmental goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all systems and technology required for the role.
- Maintains accuracy of applicant tracking system.
- Coordinates or assists with recruitment events as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Provides support with miscellaneous projects and spreadsheet work.
- Responsible for onboarding, training and coaching new Caregivers.
- Partners with Human Resources for compliance and regulatory audits, reviews and inspections.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Certifications:
- None required.
Complexity of Work:
- Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and possess strong customer service skills.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and high volume environment.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite.
- Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively while ensuring compliance.
- Displays professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Previous human resources or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office suite required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.
- Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.
- In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
