The Role
Cubic Telecom is in the middle of a significant recruitment drive. We have hired over 50 people this year to date, and we are looking to hire another 100 before the end of the year. For this reason we are looking for a recruitment coordinator to support the talent acquisition team in organising interviews, managing candidates and stakeholders expectations, generating contracts and managing several other administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in HR or Recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support on all recruitment activities
- Organising and confirming candidate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Generating weekly recruitment reports that will be presented to senior leadership
- Assisting new hires through onboarding
- Completing onboarding and reference checks for new starters
- Phone screening candidates
- Manage and update the companyβs Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Generating interest and awareness of the employee referral programme internally
- Working with Marketing to create and push recruitment campaigns out through communication channels
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as required
- Strong administration skills with a natural ability to organise and structure things
- At least 6-12 months experience in an administrative role
- Strong ability to navigate Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time keeping skills
