The Academic Recruitment Coordinator II performs administrative functions pertaining to the global recruiting and hiring processes to ensure timeliness, efficiency, accuracy and consistency. This person will also assist Sr. Academic Recruiters in sourcing passive candidates, generating talent pipelines and scheduling interviews in Greenhouse.

2U offers a comprehensive benefits package:
In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is$55,000 with potential bonus. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate's assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.

The Academic Recruitment Coordinator II performs administrative functions pertaining to the global recruiting and hiring processes to ensure timeliness, efficiency, accuracy and consistency. This person will also assist Sr. Academic Recruiters in sourcing passive candidates, generating talent pipelines and scheduling interviews in Greenhouse.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Sourcing academic talent using LinkedIn, our Applicant Tracking System, Trade Associations and other web sources.
- Building searchable pipelines and extensive candidate lists for our University Partners and collaborating on creation of candidate profiles, job descriptions and postings.
- Scheduling phone screens and interviews with candidates and University Partner Administrators.
- Assists and Maintaining and updating information in applicant tracking systems, dashboards, online survey tools and other analytical tools.
- Works with Manager and Sr. Academic Recruiters to execute Teaching Team contracts and offers in a timely manner.
- Manages team recruitment inbox.
- Assists in administering recruitment assessments to candidates and retrieves exam results.
- Consults with recruiters and 2U stakeholders to discover requirements and specific job objectives to create job profiles for all courses.
- Supports Recruiters in scheduling interviews and setting up calls with prospective candidates.
- Ensures that all approved candidates are being contracted with Academic Managers and Legal team.
- Tracks contract agreements and coordinates with Recruitment Managers to ensure all contracts are executed within 3-5 days of document being sent.
- Assures accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
- Maintaining CRM database files to ensure accuracy and assisting with database integrity initiatives identified by Recruitment Managers.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in HR, Business, Communications or Social Sciences preferred
- 1-2 years' experience working in a recruitment or agency environment
- 1-2 years' experience in an HR administrative/coordinator capacity
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service background
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and reporting tools
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
