Recruitment Intern – Summer 2023

As a Recruitment Intern with the People & Culture team, you will gain first-hand experience to learning business needs in proportion to hiring initiatives. We are a lean and mighty team that scales IEX’s full-cycle recruitment and a key player to programs such as DE&I, campus recruitment, recruiting and networking events, and more. If you are passionate about working with and helping others succeed, and a naturally curious person at heart – you are in the right place!

About You:

• Self-starter that can develop and contribute to new processes and strategies
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Team player with an insightful and compassionate personality
• Open-minded and adaptable to new concepts and ideas
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Do:

• Shadow and participate in full-cycle recruitment: source, coordinate, evaluate
• Draft job descriptions and post via ATS and external job boards
• Ensure great candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the recruitment process
• Improve team and candidate engagement to maximize impact at recruitment conferences and events

Your Background:

• Undergraduate or Graduate student working towards a degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, TalentWall, or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines
