Role overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who will show leadership to own the whole HR function in the future. We offer rewarding and fast-paced career in an empowering, non-political and interdisciplinary working environment.

What you will do

• Leading the recruitment strategy and processes end-to-end
• Co-ordinating a range of People & Culture processes internally and with our external suppliers 
• Maintaining and updating databases/systems
• Executing internal communication activities including preparation of materials

What we look for

• Previous experience working in recruitment
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity to learn new things
