Recruitment Lead - Data Analytics (Talent Acquisition)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Lead to join our Talent acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing, screening and onboarding for the Tiger Analytics team in the LATAM, US and Canada.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
- Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Complete interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers
- Create partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles.
Interviewing and Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement.
- 8+ years of work experience as a Lead Recruiter, supporting diverse business needs
- Must have experience in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles
- Must have prior experience in hiring talent from LATAM, US and Canada
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement
- Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Google platform
- Knowledge of work visa/immigration is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, personable and positive
- Please note that this is an individual contributor role, and the candidate should be open to work in night shift to support our LATAM, US and Canada operations.
