JOB DESRCRIPTION

• Provide Analysis and Fulfillment Strategy to the business, stakeholder management, team management.
• Project Management: - capacity planning - issues and risk monitoring and management. - manage core metrics of cluster on overdue, ageing of bench, roll-offs, hiring orders - attends IG operations meetings and report status of demand fulfillment strategy of cluster (~3 to 4 IGs). 

• Collaborates with IG leads, capability teams, and recruiting leads.
• Understand skills needed and roadmap of technology.
