At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar energy and energy efficiency solutions for homeowners of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Recruiting Coordinator who will leverage prior recruiting and/or marketing experience to help attract top talent to our organization through various proactive recruitment strategies and other recruitment processes. Essential job functions include:Â
- Actively participate in all staffing related activities, including but not limited to executing proactive recruitment strategies, assisting in the communication with third parties, and scheduling interviews
- Responsible for organizing and attending off-site recruitment activities and building internal and external relationships
- Engages in cross functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activities
- Assists with building and maintaining a candidate database (CRM), including the execution, tracking and optimization of email marketing campaigns
- Helps to create marketing copy and collateral for various recruitment initiatives
- Cold call and emails prospective candidates for active recruitment needs
- Completes candidate screens to determine potential fit
Education/ExperienceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/related field or 2+ years of relevant experienceÂ
- 1-2 years experience in marketing or recruitingÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team based project experienceÂ
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, internet searches and large databases required;Â
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
This is a hybrid position based out of our New Orleans/St. Rose, LA office.
