Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive top talent to John Deere. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, full of innovative ideas and passionate about reaching candidates on a human level. This position will report to our Recruitment Marketing Manager.
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
- Track, measure, and report on campaign results
- Create content for recruitment channels and events
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network / talent community
- Design and plan recruiting events
- Work closely with recruiters to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges in early talent, mid-career, and DEI
- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
- Keep up-to-date with new trends in social media
What Skills You Need
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with design and creative writing
- Demonstrated experience in content creation (videos, photos, presentations, etc.)
- Demonstrated brand management skills
- Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style
What Makes You Stand Out
- Strong design portfolio
- Experience in video content creation / animation
- Data analytics, particularly related to social media / paid media
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing multiple internal relationships
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience in Marketing, Design, Social Media, or Communications
