PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will have passion and experience around end-to-end recruitment marketing processes; recruiting marketing strategies, market intelligence, marketing analytics, recruiting marketing platforms, and content creation. In this role you will have the ability to innovate process, with emergent recruitment technologies, and play a key role in talent acquisition projects. You will work with several different technologies including, Phenom People, LinkedIn, and other progressive social media platforms.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recommend, execute and track end-to-end recruitment marketing initiatives; execute strategies and projects focused on: Email Marketing Campaigns & Automation, Passive Candidate Strategies, Lead Generation, Reporting and Database Administration (CRM/ATS)
- Develop, manage and schedule digital media content, writing copy and ensuring brand consistency across all channels, capturing photo and video assets as needed.
- Assist with overseeing company's career site; implement improvements, provide design, and monitor overall activity
- Manage MGM Resorts LinkedIn Life page, including calendar coordination, content creation, and results analysis
- Monitor Glassdoor & Indeed, plan and execute activities for engaging reviews
- Anticipate recruiting touch-points and work closely with the talent acquisition team to implement marketing efforts to attract top talent using all available marketing methods with a constant push for innovation
- Suggest ideas for improving talent branding and candidate experience
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years employment and brand marketing experience or related digital media and content creation experience (including graphic design, photography, videography, media editing, and/or professional writing)
- Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, digital media, communications or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Proven track record of building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns
- Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis
- Hospitality and Gaming industry experience
- Experience developing complex Marketing strategies and campaigns to identify and attract passive talent
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent time management, communication, decision making, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, executive-presentation presence, strong judgment skills, and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Possess knowledge of current Talent Acquisition practices and methods
- Highly ethical and discreet; ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong project management and multitasking skills; able to lead a project team, set mile markers and deadlines, manage scope, and provide leadership and instruction
- Able to travel to MGM properties
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Knowledgeable of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
