Become the Recruitment Operations Lead at Bloomreach! Help us empower our 20-person global recruitment team to hire 500+ people across the Americas, EMEA and India this year. You have the potential to shape a team operating with a cutting-edge modern tech stack, driven by real-time business metrics. Your salary range starts at 2000⏠per month, along with stock options and other benefits. Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you'll become a core part of the Recruitment Team.
What challenge awaits you?As the Bloomreach Operations Lead, you will have the opportunity to turbocharge our recruitment performance through world-class operations. You'll need to manage a complex agenda involving automation, compliance, reporting across 4 geographies, 3 products and 7 functions.
Bloomreach will be hiring hundreds of new people every year for the next few years and you will enable recruiters to create the best candidate experience for the best people on the market. You will be responsible for making recruiters' lives easier and for making sure the Bloomreach recruitment team is the best run recruitment team out there.
Your job will be to:- Make Bloomreach recruitment as automated as possible while maintaining high hiring quantity & quality
- Ensure the recruitment team is compliant with internal processes & external requirements
- Design and run automated reporting on important recruitment metrics for all functions & regions
- Understand the recruitment team operations bottlenecks
- Define the requirements/needs for the desired solution and test
- Implement & ensure maintenance of the solution, while gathering feedback for further improvements
- Monitor complianceÂ
- Understand the reasons behind potential non-compliance (against reasonable business requirements)
- Design & implement a change management project to improve compliance in specific areas according to business requirements
- Understand the business requirements behind the reporting demand
- Define improvement areas for the reporting with regards to both the form and the content
- Implement improvements and ensure regular reporting to the relevant stakeholders
- In 30 days, you will familiarize yourself with what's already built and in place.
- In 90 days, you will have taken full ownership of the operations function.
- In 180 days, you will have made sure that the relevant stakeholders are happy with our recruitment operations momentum.
- Professional â experience in a quantitative and technical internal position at a quickly growing company
- Personal â cross-functional collaboration, diligence, business thinking
- Worked in a quantitatively-demanding position.Â
- Worked in a semi-technical position (integrations, data cleaning).
- Experience from a complex, quickly growing company.
- Able to work with a diverse team of people cross-functionally across time zones.Â
- Demonstrates the ability to deliver with excellence and precision.
- Ability to think in business terms and real added value.
- Fluency in English.
