What you’ll do
As the Recruitment Operations & Systems Manager at Point72, you will lead a team focused on recruitment operations processes and technical systems. You will collaborate with recruiting teams across the firm and the technology team to enhance, maintain, implement our recruitment systems and tools.
Specifically, you will:
- Oversee recruitment operations, employment contracts, offer letters, background checks, onboarding, I-9 verifications, Â in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment technology and systems (ATS, offer letter management, and contract management)
- Evaluate current solutions, identify improvement areas, and create strategies to optimize recruitment operations in collaboration with Recruiting, Technology, and HR teams
- Develop, maintain, and organize training documentation, user guides, and core processes for recruitment systems
- Train new team members on recruitment processes and systems
- Provide ongoing support to recruitment teams, ensuring timely issue resolutions
- Partner with recruiting teams to develop effective reporting and analytics on the recruiting lifecycle to aid in decision making and discussions with the business and HRBPs
- Stay up to date on the latest recruitment technology trends, and practices, making recommendations for improvement
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security on applicable data privacy requirements and regulatory implementations
What’s required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong management experience leading a global team
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing recruiting and recruitment operations technology
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes including how recruiters use systems (ATS and CRM)
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting from recruiting systems
- Vendor management experience
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment while driving change
- Experience consistently delivering status updates and outcomes to counterparts and business leaders
- Appropriately assertive and self-motivated
- Proficient knowledge and experience with ATS, offer letter management, HRIS, document management, and knowledge management systems, preferably Greenhouse, Salesforce, Workday, Box, and Confluence

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
