About the role:

This role requires an individual who can handle a fast-paced and high-volume recruiting environment in a hybrid office setting.  This individual will need to be able to balance competing tasks in addition to developing relationships cross-functionally with clinical and administrative staff.  This role will require someone with retail, aesthetics, and/or healthcare related recruitment experience and some working knowledge of state and government HR regulations related to hiring advanced practice clinicians.

What you’ll do:

  • Actively and passively recruit a variety of field roles including: Center Managers, Dermatologists, NPs, and Aestheticians
  • Assist in coordinating Ever/Body’s fast-paced, multi-round interview process including scheduling, coordinating interview feedback and handling all candidate communications throughout the on-boarding process. 
  • Manage applicant application flow within our ATS system
  • Attract candidate applications by placing and managing updated job posts on various platforms
  • Provide a white glove service as candidates’ point of contact from sourcing to on-boarding
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies and working with internal referral sources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on candidate quality reviews and advancement and obtaining feedback to help improve the candidates hiring and on-boarding process.
  • Assist the department and team with special projects as it relates to talent acquisition needs.

What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume recruiting role focused on High-Growth Retail, Advanced Practice Clinicians or within the Aesthetics Industry
  • Thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple competing priorities and ability to self-direct time and meet deadlines.
  • Able to maintain motivation to meet deadlines in both an independent and team focused setting. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Experience in G:Suite and Microsoft Office and experience utilizing Greenhouse Applicant Tracking a plus

Pay & Perks:

  • Contract to Hire Compensation: $33-43/hr depending on experience
    • Compensation will be salaried if the candidate is offered a Full-Time position. 
  • Central NYC location
  • Hybrid Work setting
