Recruitment Specialist with German

As a Member of Recruitment Team, you'll support Capita’s clients with their recruitment needs. We are working on candidate pools with languages, speak with people from different cultural backgrounds and guide them through our volume recruitment process end to end.
We are looking for someone willing to enter the world of Human Resources or with experience. You will learn recruitment best practices and what an end-to-end recruitment process looks like, while using your German and English skills daily and get to know people of different cultural backgrounds.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling full volume recruitment cycle including networking, screening, and offering candidates

• Keeping an active candidate pool

• Conducting phone interviews to find the best potential employees

• Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment centers

• Informing candidates about their status in a professional manner throughout various steps of the recruitment process

• Attending job fairs, assessment centers and networking events as required

Skills you need to succeed

• C1 German and English

• Interest to develop in recruitment or previous experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind

• Strong customer service skills

• Good organisation skills and flexibility

• Teamworking skills
