What you’ll do

As the Recruitment Systems Manager at Point72, you will work with the recruiting teams and technology teams to enhance, maintain, and implement the recruitment system across all teams and manage the recruitment operations process.

Specifically, you will:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment technology system
  • Partner with Recruiting, Technology, and HR to evaluate the current stack of solutions, identify areas for improvement, and create strategies to optimize recruitment operations
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and user guides
  • Train new team members on the recruitment technology system
  • Provide on-going support to the recruitment teams and ensure resolutions of issues
  • Develop effective reporting solutions for the Recruitment team and the HRBP team
  • Stay up to date on recruitment technology trends and make recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Manage the document creation process for offers, transfers, etc.
  • Oversee a minimum of two direct reports in recruitment operations
  • Partner with Compliance and Information Security on applicable data privacy requirements

What’s required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience leading recruitment technology implementation, maintenance, and enhancement
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting function including how recruiters use systems (ATS and CRM)
  • Excellent analytical skills and past experience with reporting from recruiting systems
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to exercise sound, independent, judgement while driving change
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience regularly communicating status and outcomes to counterparts and business leaders
  • Assertive and self-motivated
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with ATS and CRM systems, preferably Greenhouse, Salesforce, and WorkDay
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
