  • Strong domain experience in Talent acquisition/talent recruitment processes, systems and policies.
  • Aptitude and ability to identify risks and gaps in process that can cause frauds, financial leaks and transactional impacts.
  • Experienced in Automation and system controls of recruitment processes and workflows
  • Risk management, prevention, mitigation and monitoring in recruitment domain.
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Stakeholder management and critical decision making skills
  • Anyone with specific SuccessFactor experience is definitely preferred.
