Accountabilities:

  • Publish job openings across digital platforms and sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
  • Identify and evaluate talent through social media, databases, and online tools
  • Screen resumes efficiently and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Conduct remote interviews and assess candidate fit through structured evaluation methods
  • Participate in virtual job fairs and online recruitment events
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within digital systems
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a digital or remote context
    • Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
    • Excellent communication and interviewing skills
    • Ability to work independently in a freelance setup with strong time management
    • High level of organization and attention to detail
    • Experience with candidate assessment methods such as DISC analysis is a plus
